Returns
At Embrace Hues, each piece is handcrafted with love and care. Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our jewelry, we currently do not accept returns unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at embracehues.official@gmail.com with:
-Your order number
-Clear photos of the item and packaging
-A short description of the issue
We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit, based on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
-The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
-The item was never delivered
-A return is authorized by our support team due to damage or error
Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
As a small, handmade brand, the following are non-returnable:
-Items bought on sale
-Items with minor irregularities (common in handcrafted goods)
-Items returned without prior approval
Exchanges
We currently do not support exchanges due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections. Each design is made in small batches and may not be restocked.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 12 hours, as we begin preparing your order immediately. Please reach out to us promptly if any changes are required.
